What training equipment does my swimmer need?
Each training group requires different training equipment. The beginning level groups use less equipment, whereas the higher level groups use more equipment.

- Advanced Age Group / Fantastic: Kickboard, Large Paddles, Fins, Pull Bouy
- Terrific / Fantastic: Kickboard, Large Paddles, Fins, Pull Bouy, Snorkel
- Incredible / Amazing / Awesome: Kickboard, Large Paddles, Fins, Pull Buoy, Snorkel, Freestyle Paddles

How do I purchase a swim cap?
Swim caps can be purchased from a coach at any point during the season. The latex caps are $5.00 per cap and the silicone caps are $10.00 per cap. Just let us know if you would like yellow or blue.
You can pay by either bringing a check or cash when you request the cap or we can bill your account accordingly.
Where do I go to get equipment and apparel for my swimmer?
For suits and training equipment, swimmers can go to Suit Up, LLC in Fairfax, VA. They can provide you with equipment, swim suits, caps, goggles, and so much more! The website for Suit Up is HERE.
Swimmers and parents can also order equipment online at stores such as swimoutlet.com!
What is Spirit Wear and how does it work?
Spirit Wear is the team apparel store. Spirit Wear is available at the beginning of each season for about a four to six week long period. We encourage all FISH swimmers and parents to check out the sweet new apparel options each season! A few of the custom team apparel items available include...

Are team suits required at meets?
Team suits are NOT required at Swim Meets, only Team Caps are! So please make sure that you always have a Team Cap ready to go!
