How to Mark Up

How to mark your swimmer up for a meet.

Prior to each meet a lineup sheet will be posted on the website.  If you are planning to have your swimmer swim in the meet, please check to make sure they are listed on the lineup sheet.  We ask for your help in marking your swimmer up prior to arriving at the meet.  Below is a pictorial showing how to mark up your swimmer for their races.  On rare occasions a swimmer's lineup may change when they arrive to the meet.  The Bullpen parents will update your swimmers markup.  Please be aware that if you apply sunscreen to the area where you marked your swimmer up, it will melt off right before your eyes.  Please either skip this little area or apply sunscreen 20 minutes prior to marking your swimmer up to allow the sunscreen to soak in.  This fact is helpful when trying to remove all the markings from your swimmer following the meet.

Please put your swimmer's name and CPAC on their back.

Then mark their arm as shown below.
