6 & Unders
This is our entry level group. Children will practice for 30 minutes, including 10-15 minutes of stretching/warm up with each practice. A child needs to be able to swim to enter this group but advanced swimming or stroke technique is not required.
Workout Days/Times: Monday -Thursday 9:30-10:00am
7-8s Group
This group of athletes practice for 45 minutes each day, including 10-15 minutes of stretching/warm up. Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, starts and turns and having fun.
Workout Days/Times: Monday - Thursdays 9:00-9:45 (check calendar for specific times)
9-10s Group
This group of athletes practices for 1 hour each day, including 10-15 minutes of stretching/warm up. Athletes in this group focus on learning four legal competitive strokes, starts and turns, improving individual times and having fun,
Workout Days/Times: Monday - Thursday 8:15-9:15 (check calendar for specific times)
11-12s Group
This group of athletes practices for 1 hour each day, including 10-15 minutes of stretching/warm up. Athletes will focus on legal stroke technique, starts and turns and improving endurance and individual times while having fun.
Workout Days/Times: Monday - Thursday 9:45-10:45 (check calendar for specific times)
13+ Group
Minimum age for entry into this group is 13. Athletes entering the 13+ group will focus on learning four legal competitive strokes, starts and turns, improving aerobic endurance and individual times and having fun. This group of athletes are role models for our younger swimmers and are the future leaders of our team. Coaches will foster and encourage leadership among this group of athletes.
