Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is free for members and their guests of all ages and ability levels. The workout includes cardio, muscle toning, stretching, and a great social atmosphere. Come join us!

Shallow water aerobics is typically on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm

Deep water aerobics is typically on Sundays at 12:30 pm
