Refund Policy

If a swimmer chooses to drop from the team, written notification of the drop and refund request must be sent to the Team President and the Membership Chair.  Please email your notice to: jessicapeterman@sbcglobal.net, kimlindphoto@gmail.com  and ssstreg@gmail.com.

Refunds for regular summer team registration will be paid out as follows:

•  100% refund, less $50 (per swimmer),  if request is received before the first day of practice (April 10, 2017)

•  75% refund if request is received on or before May 1, 2017

•  50% refund if request is received after May 1, 2017 but before May 15, 2017

•  0% refund if request is received after May 15, 2017

Alternatively, if the coach and swimmer's parents determine that a child is not ready to swim and should wait another year, an 85% refund will be paid, provided this determination is made prior to May 15, 2017

 

Little Stingers Refund Policy

100 % refund minus $50 (per swimmer) for cancellation before May 15, 2017
50% refund after May 15, 2017 and before June 7, 2017
0% after June 7, 2017
 
Spring Clinic Refund Policy
$100 refund before March 6, 2017 (first day of spring clinic)
$0 after March 6, 2017
 
Fall Swim Refund Policy
100% minus $50 fee for cancellations before September 5, 2017
0% on or after September 5, 2017
There will be no grace period applied to this refund policy.
