Party Rentals

*Due to COVID-19 concerns, Fairview is not currently accepting applications for party rentals. We will update our website if this changes.

The grounds and Fairview facilities are available to Fairview members and non-members with member sponsorship to rent for parties or events. A reservation application must be filled out prior to the party or event and all rules and regulations followed. Non-members, please contact a Board member if you have questions about sponsorship.

Reservations and Fees:

$50.00 non-refundable reservation fee + $5.00 per non-member guest before 6:00 pm or $4.00 per non-member guest after 6:00 pm.

After Hours Parties (after 9 PM finish time)

$100.00 non-refundable reservation fee + $5.00 per non-member guest before 6:00 pm or $4.00 per non-member guest after 6:00 pm.

Additional Fees:

  • Parties of more than 25 non-member guests will incur an additional lifeguard fee of $10 per hour per lifeguard.
  • Additional charges will be incurred for damage to the property or excess cleanup needed.

Refreshments: Party hosts may take advantage of our Seahorse Café for burgers, hot dogs, personal pizzas and snacks, as well as soda, water, teas and juices.  You may bring your own food and drinks as well. Hosts are responsible for all food and party cleanup. Trash cans are provided.

Please e-mail the completed Party Reservation Form and Contract to [email protected] A Fairview representative within 48 hours of receipt of the form.
