When you sign up to our website, there is a main account which consists of multiple members from the same family
(i.e. a parent is the main account holder, the athlete is a member under the main account).
In order to update email information for each member please follow these instructions:
If you do not have an account yet, please contact the coach
Login to your family account
On the left side of the screen click on “My Account”
You should see your Family account information.
Please make sure your emails, address, and phone numbers are accurate. Please Save your changes.
Next, click on the “Members” tab on the top and you should see yourself as a member, maybe your spouse, swimmer and/or diver accounts.
Please make sure there is an "member" account for every person who (all parents and athletes) need to receive emails from the coaches.
(If you need to add a member contact the website manager, an admin will need to do it for you.) Type in the email address, then click on the yellow “unverified” button that appears.
It will send your family member an email to verify. Have each member follow the directions in the email to verify the entered email.
Once the email is verified, that member should be able to receive emails from our coaches and admins. Please also add any other info on this page you can.
Phone numbers, Birthdays, everything is helpful. Again, please Save your changes.
