Hi All! I am super excited to be working with the Lenah Run Froggers again! I began swimming with the Lenah Run Froggers back when I was nine years old and quickly fell in love with the sport and the team. I just graduated from Dickinson, where I study International Studies, German, and Security Studies and this fall I will be pursuing my masters in security studies. I am officially a 'swammer', the term for a retired competitive swimmer, but that just makes me want to inspire more younger swimmers to have the same experience I had! I love working with the kids and I am really excited to teach them how to be both better swimmers and better people. My goals are to teach important water safety skills, great stroke technique, instill healthy respect for themselves and others, exhibit good sportsmanship, and inspire them to give back to their community. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Go Froggers!

Hi everyone! I am so excited to be working with the Lenah Run Froggers! I have been swimming with the Froggers for the past 6 years now and swimming competitively since I was 5 years old. I swam with the Potomac Marlins Swim Team for 12 years throughout elementary, middle, and high school, and was a Varsity swimmer at PVI Catholic High School all four years I attended school there. This will be my 6th year with the Froggers, the previous five as a swimmer, I also spent two years as a Junior Coach and two more years as a Junior Assistant Coach. I have also worked two summers with LetSwim helping teach kids the fundamentals of being comfortable in the water and learning to swim. Currently, I am a Sophomore at Virginia Tech studying Psychology and Human Development and swimming with the H20kie club team. Not only do I love the sport of swimming, but I especially love being able to share that passion and work with kids teaching them how to love it too. Get excited for an awesome summer and Go Froggers!!!

I look forward to helping others learn how to swim and help improve their swimming skills. I have enjoyed every year that I have been on the team and I hope I will be able to see the rest of the swim enjoy it as much as I do. I look forward to having another great year with the team!

I have been swimming on a year round competitive team since I was 4 and have been swimming with the froggers for 5 years now. I love swimming so much and I especially love summer swim. I think summer swim is so fun because you get to hang out with you’re friends while working hard at swimming. I want to try and help other swimmers love the sport as much as I do.

I have been swimming since I was 5 years old.  This will be my 6th year on the Froggers, my 10th year as a year round club swimmer, and I just completed my 3rd year on my HS Varsity team - as a swimmer and a diver.  Swim is a really big part of my life, and has been for the longest time and I LOVE it. I am very excited to be a junior coach this year, and for the season in general. I am so excited to help everyone not only become the best swimmer they can be, but more importantly find the love for this sport that I have

I have been swimming on a team since I was 10 years old, and this is my third year with the Froggers. One of my favorite things about being a part of a swim team is the energy that comes with every swim meet. My goal this season is to ensure that everyone has the chance to experience the same memories I have had swimming. This is my first year as a junior coach, so I am looking forward to being a part of this amazing team once again!
