Coach Jack Leavitt is starting his third season as the Head Coach of the Stingrays this summer 2019. Jack is currently the head coach of Georgetown University mens and womens varsity swimming, having come from CalTech where he was head coach for three years. He also has varsity and club coaching experience at Harvard, West Point, and NYU, in addition to having been college team captain at Seton Hall. Jack is originally from Boston and currently lives in Palisades with his wife Meghan. Jack is ready to teach great stroke technique and fully immerse himself in Stingrays swimming - and lead the Stingrays to their best summer season ever!
Returning to the Stingrays for his second year is Assistant Head Coach Mike Kline. Mike is currently volunteering as an assistant coach with the Georgetown University Swim and Dive team. Mike moved to the DC metro area from Ohio, where for three years he was head coach of the MAKOs, a USA swimming club team. Mike attended Miami University of Ohio and was a member of their Division I varsity swim team. He currently lives in Chevy Chase, DC with his wife. Mike has a ton of enthusiasm and is looking forward to a fun and fast season with the Stingrays!
