Workout Schedule

Workouts

All age groups practice starts, turns, and stroke technique during regular weekly practices.  The younger swimmers work on freestyle and backstroke, and are introduced to breaststroke and butterfly.  If you would like your swimmer to have additional instruction outside of practice, you may want to sign up for a swim clinic or swimming lesson.  See the "Clinics" tab for more information.

2019 Evening Workout Schedule

Monday, May 20th

8 & Under - 6:00-6:30 pm

9-12 - 6:30-7:15 pm

13 & Over - 7:15-8:00 pm

2019 Morning Workout Schedule:

Tuesday, June 25th

Workout Group 1: 7:00-7:55 am (15+ & some 13-14)

Workout Group 2: 7:55-8:45am (11-12 & some 13-14)

Workout Group 3: 8:45-9:30am  (9-10)

Workout Group 4: 9:30-10:00am  (8 & under)
