COVID Test Negative

COVID Test Positive

Quarantine in place of testing

Symptomatic swimmer or household member. 

No known COVID Contact

Do not come to practice. 

Informe coach ASAP.

Consult healthcare provider.

Get tested for COVID

Proof of negative test required.  Swimmer may return to practice when symptoms resolve and not fever for 24 hours.

Practice Group:

Remains Open

Quarantine for 10 days from onset of symptoms. 

Practice Group:  The lane the swimmer was in and two adjacent lanes quarantine for 10 days from the date the swimmer was last at practice

Swimmer quarantines for 10 days.

Practice Group: 

Remains open

Exposure to COVID-19 positive person

Do not come to practice. 

Inform coach ASAP.

Quarantine for 10 days.

Get tested 5 days from last contact with COVID positive person

Proof of negative test required.

Quarantine can end on day 8 (if negative test on day 5 and no symptoms)

Travel is defined as traveling more than 120 miles from your residence, or to another state or country
