Strength & Conditioning Functional Interval Training [FIT]
This is the Best ... fun, innovative & effective dryland training! Our new program is available to athletes 12 & Up. We've partnered with the Personal Training Department, and a certified trainer is offering classes in the FIT Room. Trainer Julie Leopold is currently teaching two classes: Monday & Thursday from 4 - 5 pm or 5 - 6 pm. There are eight sessions per month, the cost is $50, and a max of 10 athletes is accepted per class. Please email Coach Katie at firstname.lastname@example.org to enroll.
