Yellowstripe Squad 

Swimmers will work on refining stroke technique and building aerobic endurance. Swimmers will learn to dive, use flip turns for freestyle and backstroke, and finish with a general understanding of each stroke. 

Ages:                      4 - 8

Practice:                60 minute session, 2-4 times per week (Recommended 4 times per week)

Goals:                     Individual Best Times/Personal Records; make competitive year-round swim team

Require:                 50 Freestyle

50 Backstroke

25 Butterfly

25 Breaststroke

Legal Turns for all four strokes

Finishes for all four strokes

Meet Information:

Meets are great opportunities for swimmers to see their hard work in action

Swimmers are strongly encourage to attend as many meets possible

Wednesday evening and Saturday mornings
