Volunteer Hours

Manta Rays
Volunteer Needs

For All Manta Rays Swim Team Members (Not for Minis)

What it Takes to run a team

Total volunteer hours to support meets for 2018 season is at least 726 hours.  This does not include literally hundreds of hours put in by the board and committee members during the off season and outside of meets during the season to do things like contract management, staffing, equipment purchasing, budget management, fund raising and planning.

What it takes to run a team

It takes 34 volunteers from our team to support each Away meet and 48 to support each Home meet.  This team doesn’t run without volunteers.  The kids are depending on you!  Register early for the position you want as they are on a first come first serve basis.
