2021 Summer Board

The parent board are volunteers committed to organizing a safe and exciting season. We would be happy to answer your question and help you get accustomed to the Gator swim program.  If you have questions that concern Swim coaching specifics or other Swim coaching related matters such as practices, meet lineup, and goal setting, please contact Coach Jenna Anselmo.  Please contact Lori Zimmerman if you have diving related questions.

Volunteer and Support

It has been the great family support over the years that have made the Pennridge Gators a standout both in the league and community. Our competitive swimming and diving program allows children to experience success, learn how to deal with defeat, learn to set goals for themselves, and become healthy and physically fit.  As a parent, our major responsibilities is to provide a stable, loving, and supportive environment.  Creating a positive environment together will encourage your child to continue their growth and love in the sport of swimming and diving.  Show your interest by ensuring your child's attendance at practices and by coming to meets.  Get involved in the Pennridge Gators.   Your role as a volunteer is important to our program.  Our program is STRONGER when everyone works TOGETHER.   With a positive attitude and willingness to lend a hand, you will make a great impact on your child's swimming and diving program.



We are looking for parents to fulfill the very important roll of starter for our meets. Volunteers should be experienced with stroke and turn.  Our PAC Summer season will be the perfect environment to practice and gain experience in order to develop proficiency in the skill. 


Family Volunteer Check

Each family will be required to provide a check of $125 during the first week of practice. Please hand the check to a board member. The check will not be deposited, the board will hold onto the check and return when the family has met the volunteer requirements of 7 DIBS/JOBS requirements**. DIBS/JOBS can be earned by volunteering at our Time Trial meet and dual meets. There will be numerous opportunities to fulfill the volunteer requirement and you get to choose how you want to volunteer. The goal of the PAC board is to return all checks at the end of the season. The team does not want to deposit one check, but rather have each family volunteer!! We can not run a swim meet without our parent volunteers. It has been the great family support over the years that have made our team a standout both in the league and community.


**The DIBS/JOBS requirement will be calculated once registration is complete. We will divide the amount of positions required to facilitate the season with the number of families registered for the season. In past seasons, the typical requirement per family has been 7 volunteering instances.
