• Hire and manage the coaching staff;
• Assign and manage the volunteers; 
• Organize the home meets and social activities;
• Provide weekly communication via email to parents;
• Provide support for our coaches;
• Address parental concerns; and
• Host the NWB banquet for the Dolphins.
