TEAM SUITS

We are keeping the same suit as in 2019, sold at Riptide Swim Shop at Central Park Aquatics. We hope everyone who can will wear the team suit so we have that unified feeling as a team.

COVID-19 Protocols

We are taking enhanced health and safety measures, which might change at any time. They include:

All attendees (athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials, families, spectators, etc.) must follow SPST and/or City of Manassas/State of Virginia/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 guidance, which might change at any time.

All attendees (athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials, families, spectators, etc.) must wear masks to enter the facility and at all times when inside the facility, except athletes when swimming.

Masks should completely cover the nose and mouth and fit snugly against the sides of face without gaps.

We’re limiting the number of swimmers per lane, as permitted.

Coaches will wear face shields when they go in the water with younger swimmers (Seapups and 8-and-unders). On deck, coaches will wear masks.

Athletes must arrive and depart in their suits. Locker room use will be for emergencies only and no showering will be allowed.

Face masks should remain dry. All athletes should bring multiple masks. Each athlete should bring a small, plastic zipper bag (Ziploc or similar) clearly labeled with their name to place each mask in while the athlete is in the water.

Parents, caregivers, spectators and families are allowed on deck during practices and swim meets. All attendees shall maintain social distancing from all other participants whenever possible.

Swimmers must follow all directions as posted and adhere to all official directions. Any attendee failing or refusing to comply with any of these protocols will be prohibited from entering the facility and/or asked to leave the facility.

Before entering the facility, all attendees (athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials, families, spectators, etc.) are required to be able to answer the following questions with ‘No’:
