Website, TeamUnify and Facebook
We have established our team web site and Facebook page primarily to help with communications so that all our members are as informed and up to date as possible. Please bookmark the web site as one of your favorite places and visit the site often.
Our website, team management and registration system is hosted by the TeamUnify platform. We enhanced our web site to allow our families to register for the team, purchase team apparel, volunteer for jobs at swim meets, notify us of meets your swimmer(s) cannot attend, register for our Awards banquet, and purchase Championship meet heat sheets. This system is designed by former swimmers and team administrators specifically for swim team management and is used by over 1000 teams throughout the United States including at least five other RCSL teams.
Our web address is www.swimtfs.org and our registration process is fully electronic through this web site and Team Unify. We will publish our swim meet entries and results, schedules, membership information, latest news, pictures and lots of other neat stuff on it as the season progresses.
Our Facebook page is another way we try to keep in touch with our members and you can find a link to it on every page of our web site. We also use it as a method for you to contact us, as our team photo gallery and post practice and event updates.
As a team member, you will create your own family account and password on our site. Once your account is established, you can sign in on the web site and register your athletes, sign them up for meets, volunteer to help out at meets, purchase team branded apparel as well as other swimming related items, sign up for other events, check your swimmer’s results and communicate with the team and other members through e-mail.
TeamUnify also offers a free mobile application, OnDeck Parent, that you can download to your “smart” phone (iPhone or Android) to access your account through your phone. The OnDeck application will allow you to do much of what you would normally do through the web site and was a big reason we moved to the TeamUnify system.
