Senior: This is the highest level of swimmer. They have committed to the sport and have set goals to continue to compete at higher levels. These are usually swimmers that are 13 and over but not limited to that age. These swimmers must be able to finish a 200 IM in a timely manner. It is strongly recommended that they swim all 5 mornings in the earlier practice.
Pre-Senior: This is the next level of swimmer. They too are in the 13 & over age range, but not limited to this age. They enjoy swimming and may only use it to stay in shape for other sports. These swimmers must be able to finish a 100 IM in a timely manner. It is recommended that they come to at least 4 of the 5 early practices.
Age Group: Swimmers must be at least 10 years of age unless a coach approves a younger swimmer moves up. Swimmers have advanced beyond beginners and stroke development. Must be able to swim a 50 freestyle in a timely manner. Swimmers will practice on Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the second practice.
Beginners: These are our beginner swimmers. Most will be 8 & under but not limited to that age group. We will work on stroke development and related swimming skills. Swimmers must only be able to swim a 25 freestyle. Practice for this group will be Tuesday and Thursday in the second practice.
