Due date for receipt of entries is Friday, February 15, 2002.  You may e-mail by the 15th, but paper copy and entry fees must follow immediately.

Awards to be ordered include heat winners, event winners (1st – 6th place medals; 7th – 12th place ribbons) and high point age group team boys and girls.

Parkersburg needs to bring blocks to Sunday’s session for the 8 & under 25 yard events.

The false start rule will not apply to 10 & unders.  It will, however, be enforced for 11 & older swimmers.

Each team must supply timers with watches for each session.  One official must also be provided each day.

Coaches must supply Julia with their four required certifications by December 15, 2001.  The four certifications include:

  • CPR

  • First Aid

  • Coaches Safety Training or Lifeguarding

  • YMCA Principles of Coaching

Each of certification must be valid through the date of the Zone meet.
