2018 Swim Team Coaching Staff
Reva started swimming as a speedy sixer at GSSC when she was five years old, qualifying for her first All City met as an 8 & under and every year since. Realizing her passion for swimming at a young age she began swimming for White Water Aquatics. She became very involved in swimming and continued swimming club throughout her teen years qualifying for several international meets and setting many team records for both Gregory Seahurst and White Water. Reva also swam for her high school team, the Highline Pirates, and qualified for state placing top 8 in each event she swam. Reva loves to share her passion and knowledge for swimming with others and has always been inspired through the life lessons that swimming has taught her and the many wonderful coaches she's had throughout her swim career who helped guide and encourage her. Summer league has always taught her what swim is really about - hard work, dedication and building life long friendships with people along the way. She hopes to pass this mindset on to all of GSSC as well as make each and every swimmer's experience on GSSC fun and meaningful.
Emily started swimming at Gregory Seahurst swim club as a speedy sixer at the age of 5. She has qualified for All City every summer since she was six and looks forward to the journey that presents itself each and every swim season. She also started swimming club at the age of 7 at WhiteWater Aquatics which she continued to do for several years. Emily attends Highline High School where she swam freshman year (with three more years to come) and qualified for state in all four of her events, which she finaled in as well. Through swimming, she has made many great friendships and many great memories. Swimming has taught her many great life lessons and has taught her the importance of dedication. Her favorite part about her swim career has been getting to share every moment with her sister Reva, who has also swam at GSSC since the age of six. Emily is thrilled to be able to share her passion and knowledge about swimming with others this season! Go Gators!
