Here's a little bit about each of our directors:

Our new President is Lisa Franzi. I am a clinical research associate for UC Davis and have lived in Cameron Park since 2002. My husband, Kyle, and I have two kids, 10 year old Alexandra and 9 year old Rylan. This will be Alexandra's 5th year swimming with the Sharks, while Rylan is more of a baseball player! I am very excited to help lead our team through another great swim season and look forward to meeting all our Shark families on deck this year!!

Our returning Vice President is Will Vandeluyster. My wife Erin and three boys Hayden, Landon, and Travis currently reside in the El Dorado Hills area. We have been with the Sharks for four years. My boys are looking forward to another fun season with the Sharks.

Our returning Treasurer is James SlatteryJames is a technology executive and has lived in the Sacramento region since 2000. His family has been associated with the Sierra Sharks since 2007. He has a wife - Sue and 2 children swimming for the Sharks - 15yr old son, Brendan, and 13yr old daughter, Ella.

Our returning Secratary is Karla Osorio. Karla is a Cameron Park resident who is currently the new secretary for the Sierra Sharks Swim Team.  She has also worked in Hospitality and the Sharky Store for several years.  She is a Mutual Funds Specialist for Franklin Templeton Investments for close to 21 years.  She is married to Johnny close to 15 years and has two children, Santino and Sofia.  She also runs the family Handyman business and is a an active member of Sierra Sharks, Holy Trinity Parish, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, EDH Soccer Club, Robinson’s Tae Kwon Do. The things she loves most in life are living life to the fullest, laughing and spending time with her family and doggies!

One of our returning Board Members at Large is Tom Martin. I moved to Cameron Park from Fremont, Ca. in 1988. I joined the United States Marines in 1964. Upon completion of my military obligation, I spent 15 years as a policeman in the San Francisco Bay Area, 5 of those years as a Robbery/Homicide Detective. In 1983 I left police work and started a Lumber Manufacturing Company, moving that company from the Bay Area to Shingle Springs in 1988. I ran my company for 25 years, sold it and retired. Tom and Melinda have been married for 48 years, have 2 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren. My oldest granddaughter Taylor is entering her 4th year as a swimmer for the Sharks.

One of our new Board Members at Large is Ryan Hauck. Ryan is a Marriage and Family Therapist and has lived in the Sacramento region since he went to UC Davis as an undergraduate in 1997.  Ryan has two kids on the Sharks, Noah, 10 year old, and Hannah, 8 years old.  Ryan still remembers when his son swam his first race.  He had never been on a block before, did a complete belly flop, swam his heart out, and took second place.  His family have been swim junkies ever since!

Another one of our new Board Members at Large is Rick Clemons. Rick is the Director of Facilities at Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson. He and his family moved to the Cameron Park and Rescue area in 2009. His kids, Kyle and Maile, have been swimming on the Sharks for two years. The Clemons family is looking forward to an awesome 2018 season!
