Assistant Swim Coach: Ameena Bouzerktoune
I am very excited to be coaching for Olympic View this summer!! Ever since I started swim lessons, when I was a little girl, the water became my second home. I started competitive swimming when I was seven years old for the West Seattle YMCA Dolphins and at the end of my sophomore year of high school I switched to CAAT (Central Area Aquatics Team) and swam for them until the end of 2016, when I left for college. I also swam on the varsity team at Chief Sealth International High School in West Seattle all four years. I currently attend the University of La Verne, in Southern California, and swim on the women’s team. I love swimming and it has been my passion for as long as I can remember and I can’t wait to spread that and share my knowledge of the sport with others who are excited to learn it. My goals are to get know all of the swimmers, both in and out of the water, along with their families, and to gain some real life skills and experience. Go Maddogs!
