Food & Beverages
Our snack bar will be open early in the morning with breakfast burritos, donuts and coffee available. We will start up the BBQs mid-morning for a variety of food options including fresh salads, Tri Tip, and burgers, and the snack bar will be open all meet long for snacks.
Team Ready Bench
We will offer a joint ready bench that will be located to the right of the starting blocks and to the side of the back tennis courts. We will only be checking in swimmers 6&U thru 9-10's. Relay teams are requested to only check in once they have all of their swimmers with them. We ask that you provide 8 total volunteers with 4 at the morning shift (start of meet through the end of the long free—events 1-41) and 4 for the afternoon shift (beginning of backstroke through the end of the meet—events 42-83) to work with our ready bench volunteers. The area will have a shade cover and seats.
Park Terrace's pool is an 6-lane pool that will have 3 timers per lane. We ask that you provide 9 timers for the morning shift (start of meet through the end of the long free—events 1-41) and 9 timers for the afternoon shift (beginning of backstroke through the end of the meet—events 42-83). We will provide light hospitality snacks and drinks for timers, coaches and other meet officials.
Stroke & Turn
We will need two (2) stroke and turn judges for both the morning shift (start of meet through the end of the long free—events 1-41) and the afternoon shift (beginning of backstroke through the end of the meet—events 42-83).
The Park Terrace Penguins will host the visiting team's coaches to lunch on the day of the meet. Our league representative will deliver food tickets on the morning of the swim meet for each coach.
