Refund/Drop Policy

REFUND/DROP POLICY

Swimmers who decide to leave the Folsom Sea Otters Swim Team must provide written notice to the Folsom Sea Otters Board prior to April 28, 2019. 

A 75% refund of the registration fees will be given if you decide to leave the team from January 21, 2019 thru April 21, 2019.

A 50% refund will be given if you decide to leave the team (according to the guidelines above) from April 22, 2019 thru April 28, 2019.

New swimmers who do not pass the Water Safety Check will receive a full refund of their registration fees, less a $20 processing fee.

No refunds will be given after April 28, 2019, no exceptions.

Any participant in the Jr. Otter program that decides to leave the team must provide written notice to the Folsom Sea Otter Board prior to May 31, 2019, and shall receive a 50% refund of their registration fees.

New swimmers who do not pass the Water Safety Assessment will receive a full refund of their registration fees, less a $20 processing fee.

No Jr Otter refunds will be given after May 31, 2019, no exceptions.
