Communication

  • Strong communication between the coaches, athletes and parents is necessary in order to run a well-organized swim team.
  • Swim Team Members can use this website to check the practice and meet calendar, find directions to away meets, sign up to attend meets, volunteer, access meet results, and update contact information.
  • The team relies heavily on communication through email. The team will send out a weekly "Frog Facts" email every weekend throughout the season with key information for the week ahead.  You will receive invites for each meet that required volunteers or donations.  You may also access the sign-ups via the team web site.  If you do not have access to a computer, please speak with a member of the Parent Steering Committee who can give you access to a computer during practice.
  • All individual questions or team correspondence can be directed to the team email: fstfrognation@gmail.com.
  • A volunteer parent steering committee helps manage the team.  This allows our coaches to focus on the swimmers, the meets and the safety of those in the pool.  We can be easily identified during practices and meets as the parents wearing the neon yellow Framingham Swim Team t-shirts that say “Volunteer” on the back.  Please feel free to approach any of us with your questions, allowing our coaches to focus on our swimmers!
  • The best way to communicate with a coach is by email.  Most simple questions can be answered by other parents or steering committee members.  Coaches are often available in the minutes before and after a practice if you need to check-in with them about something.  Please do not go down on deck to talk to the coaching staff during practices or during a meet.
