Early Season Practice Schedule

First early season Practice for 8 & Unders, 9-12 year olds and 13 & over age groups is Tuesday, May 28th!  ​Training Squad early season practices will be begin on Monday, June 10th.  Early Season Practice Schedule is as follows:
 

9 - 12 years old:  4:15PM - 5:15PM

8 and under:  5:15PM-6:00PM

Training Squad:  5:30PM - 6:00PM (begins June 10th)

13 and older:  6:00PM - 7:30PM

 

Regular Season Practice Schedule

 

First regular season practice is Monday, June 24!  Regular Season Practice Schedule are as follows:

 

13 & older - 7:45AM - 9:15AM

9-12 years - 9:15AM - 10:15AM

8 & under - 10:15AM - 11:00AM

Training Squad  AM - 10:00AM - 10:30AM

Training Squad PM -  5:00 - 5:30PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 

Camper PM (all ages)  -  5:30PM - 6:30PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 

 

What to bring to practice?

 

For the first few practices the swimmers may or may not be getting into the water, depending on weather. Please come prepared with:

  •  Sneakers
  •  Towels
  •  Goggles
  •  Sweatshirt
  •  Water bottle
  •  Fins
