is an important time to let the coaches know that you are there and ready to swim fast! This is the time to work out those last minute touch ups that are important in our sport
swimmers should be involved in the team warm up. If you miss the warm-up for your age group, make sure you let one of the coaches know.
after you are done, get warm and ready for the team cheer!
After warm-ups are over, the coaching staff will lead the Sea Lions in a TEAM CHEER! This is a lot of fun and we want our competition to know we are ready to Get ROWDY!
