swimmers should be involved in the team warm up. If you miss the warm-up for your age group, make sure you let one of the coaches know.
after you are done, get warm and ready for the team cheer!
After warm-ups are over, the coaching staff will lead the Sea Lions in a TEAM CHEER! This is a lot of fun and we want our competition to know we are ready to Get ROWDY!
Immediately following the team cheer, the Relays will begin!
PLEASE make sure that you are ready for the relays! They are what get us going at each and every meet! The relays start FAST so get behind your lane as soon as possible!
The order of events:
MEDLEY RELAY (back-breast-butterfly-free). Note: it is in alphabetical order
Each event starts with the YOUNGEST (6 & unders or 7/8s) and gets older.
The 1stheat of every event scores.
