2019 CROW CANYON SPRING TRAINING

Spring Training is a three week, 15 session program dedicated to building mechanical and technical skills and preparing for the regular season.  The program is available to all current and prospective Sea Lions swimmers.

Three week training 3/25 - 4/12. Training is held five days per week.

Week 1:

8u 3:30pm-4:15pm

9-11 4:15pm-5:00pm

12up 5:00pm-5:45pm

 

Weeks 2 and 3:

8un 3:30pm-4:15pm

9-11 4:15pm-5:15pm

12up 5:15pm-6:30pm
