2020 CROW CANYON SPRING TRAINING
SPRING TRAINING - is a three week, 15 session program dedicated to building mechanical and technical skills and preparing for the regular season. The program is available to all current and prospective Sea Lions swimmers.
Registration for current Sea Lions: Sign into your Team Unify account and register on the "Team Functions" tab as if you were signing in/out for a swim meet.

Three week training March 16-April 3 held five days per week. You may sign up for 6 days ($110), 10 days ($160) or all 15 days ($210). Practice Schedule -
- 8 & Under = 3:45-4:30pm
- 9-11 = 4:30-5:15pm
- 12 & Up = 5:15-6pm
