Member Parties

Member Pool Party Guidelines

Member Parties can only be scheduled by active WMSC members.
 
Member Party day/times are:

(Starting May 5-20) Saturday (10:30-1:00) or (1:30-4:00) or (4:30-7:00)
Sundays (12:00-2:30) or (3:30-6:00) 

(Starting May 26) Monday through Saturday (10:30-1:00) or (2:00-4:30) or (6:00-8:30)
Sundays (12:00-2:30) or (3:30-6:00)

(Closed Tuesdays)

A guest fee of $4.00 per person is required for all non members who swim or those individuals who accompany their children poolside.(*Please note that Member Party Guests are restricted to the use of the big pool and not permitted to use the baby pool area.)
(An additional $25 fee for an extra life guard will apply for the 6:00-8:30 party slot.)
(A maximum of 25 swimmers is allowed).

*WMSC does not offer member parties for "non-swimming aged children" who would be restricted to the use of the Baby Pool.

All Member Parties will be scheduled to be held under the "Party Pavilion Covering" near the beach volleyball court. Party givers can bring their own food & drinks to the party.* No alcohol, tobacco or seafood products. (Also, no seeded items such as watermelon or sunflower seeds are permitted.

Member Parties are limited to their designated two and one half hour maximum time period. All guests are to be dismissed to exit the facility when party time is completed. Click here for Member Party Information

*All Member Parties must be scheduled in advance through the Aquatics Director either by email at brian@westmobileswimclub.com or in person at the club during the summer months.
