Every season we ask our swimmers to set goals in order to best help each swimmer with his/her needs. We will email or hand out group-specific goal sheets at the beginning of each swimming, and hold a goals meeting with each individual to review their goals.
We ask that swimmers write SMART goals so they have a clear idea of what they want to work and how to accomplish their goals. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
