Rower Training Experience - RTX (2 or 3 Days per week)

CYRA's Rower Training Experience (RTX) is a non-competitive program in which athletes have the opportunity to try the sport in a fun and safe environment. The relaxed learning environment develops skills, through land and water-based training, to be used in the competitive program.

RTX is more rigorous than our Learn to Row (LTR) program; athletes will dig deeper to find more boat speed and technical prowess and is a great stepping stone between our LTR program and the Competitive Team.
