2019 Fall Junior Water Polo
Registration Open - Monday July 29

This fall we will be offering programs at the Indian Valley Campus Aquatic Facility - Novato. 

JUNIOR POLO (ages 10-14)

FACILITY PRACTICE DATES PRACTICE DAYS PRACTICE TIMES
IVC (10-14 yr old) August 27 - October 29 Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-7:30pm*
 
IVC = Indian Valley Campus Aquatic Facility
There may be a couple of practices canceled due to pool use conflicts.
* Subject to being slightly adjusted (+/- 30 minutes) based upon pool availability. 
 
There may be practice for the Junior Polo program on Sundays when there is no competition.
 
Note: Parking permits are required on the IVC Campus, Mondays thru Saturdays. 
There is a parking lot near the pool where parking permits are not required.  That lot is clearly marked.

JUNIOR POLO TOURNAMENT DATES:     Fall competition dates are being finalized.  Once finalized the Marin Polo website will be updated.  In addition, competition dates will be provided at our parent meeting on Tuesday August 27 (see below for parent meeting details).

USA WATER POLO MEMBERSHIP:     To register with USA Water Polo, please log onto usawaterpolo.com.  Click on ‘Join USA Water polo’ and follow the directions to become a member.  If you are signing up for the first time, we suggest the seasonal  (Silver Level) membership.  This is the least expensive option and gives you all of the membership benefits of a year membership for a four month period.  When prompted for club or zone information, please supply the following information:

Club – Marin Water Polo Club, Club #473            Zone – Pacific Zone, Zone #6

PARENT MEETING: Tuesday September 3, 7:00-7:30pm at the IVC Pool.  We will spend this time reviewing competition schedules and getting organized for the Fall '19 season.

PROGRAM FEES: Program fees cover pool rent, coaches’ pay, club shirt, equipment fees & local tournament entry fees from August 27 through November 3.  Program fees are not pro-rated.

NEW & RETURNING PLAYERS - $365 per player

REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY:     Refunds are allowed up to Friday September 6; a $25 processing fee will be charged.  Returned checks are subject to a $100 charge or three times the amount of the check, whichever is less.

A minimum of 10 players must be registered by September 6.  If 10 are not registered by this date, the program will be canceled and registration fees will be refunded.
