Once you complete your registration, and get your confirmation email, please disregard the "pending status." This is just how the system is, don't worry, once you register, your spot is secure!
Your registration is not complete without filling out the two additional forms below. These will be sent to you in your "success" page after you register, but are also listed here for your convenience.
When travel plans are complete, please fill out the Travel Info form, even if your camper is not flying to camp. We want to make sure we account for all campers. WCA does not provide transportation of parents or guardians, only registered Week in the Creek participants. WCA does not provide services to pick-up/accompany minors to their gates. All campers will be met at baggage claim on 7/24 at Oakland or San Francisco International Airports and escorted to check-in/security on 7/28. If you DO NOT fill out this travel form, we will assume your camper does not need any transportation to/from the airport on the first and last days of camp.
