Days: Mondays and Fridays
Dates: March 22nd – May 21st
Location: Oak Ridge Park
Traditionally in the Spring, we offer all track and field events on a track. At this time, since we do not expect any meets due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this season will focus on skill development and training, similar to the Summer and Fall 2020 programs. As a result, this Spring we have decided to offer three options - Distance, Sprints, and Throws (javelin, shot, and discus)
Athletes will be taught the fundamentals, techniques, and skills of track & field running, jumping, and throwing events. More experienced athletes will build on the fundamental skills through conditioning and in-depth training for their desired events.
If you are interested in signing your child up, you should select the most appropriate practice group option below for your child.
