Dryland Make Up policy for Senior and Gold

With the new dryland program that we’ve implemented it is incredibly important that you do EVERY assigned work out unless you are hurt or sick. Nothing will ruin your new training schedule now more than missing our planned dryland practices. Starting this week if you know you are going to miss practice on  the dryland day, practice must be made up before hand (if you know ahead of time),that day at another time or the next day after practice. Here are a couple of options for you to choose from.

Missing Tuesday pm- Make up on Monday after practice- Tuesday after am practice or Wednesday after practice
Missing Thursday pm- Make up on Wednesday after practice- Thursday after am or Make up on Fridayafter practice
Missing Saturday am- Make up Friday after practice- Saturday  later in day up to 4pm during rec swim or Sunday during rec swim between the hours of 12-4.
Swimmers who miss and do not make up the dryland practice will be warned once and if it happens again they may be removed from the dryland program. With the program being one that progresses and builds up, we will not risk the possibility of a swimmer being injured because they did not do the program correctly. Please be sure to do your part so you can make the most out of this opportunity.
Swimmers also please make sure that you stay on top of your assessments or any other feed back that Bridge asks of you so they can properly plan your work outs. This feedback is incredibly important and must be done. I do not want to receive a call from them asking why you haven’t done your assessments please.
