Our youngest group, ages 4-8. This is a perfect group for swimmers that are comfortable in the water and are yearning for something more than swim lessons.  Emphasis on proper body position, efficiency, breathing, timing, and diving are all what make the Cubs an excellent program for our younger swimmers.  Swimmers must be able to swim half a length of the pool with the beginning stages of side breathing for freestyle. Swimmers also need to be comfortable in the water without a parent.

Swimmers need to have a swim suit, goggles, swim cap (for long hair) and their own pair of flippers are highly encouraged. A warm coat is a must as our little ones can easily get cold getting out of the pool.

Entry-level swimmers that are 10 years or younger. Emphasis is on proper body positioning with the basic strokes of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Work on flip turns, open turns, backstroke starts and underwater transitions are also a fun part of this group.
Swimmers need to bring goggles, suit, swim cap, flippers, warm coat, and a huge smile!

Designed for novice swimmers that are 12 years and younger with prior swimming experience. Stroke enhancement and racing strategies are developed. Many Silver swimmers participate in local novice swim meets.  Participation in swim meets isn't mandatory.

Swimmers need to bring flippers, 2 pairs of goggles, swimsuit, towel, warm coat and a good attitude. Gold swimmers need to be prepared to start a "Goal" journal for both practice and swim meets. Swim meets are not mandatory for any of our Age Group programs.
