Assistant Swim Coach
Sabina started her swimming career in her home country of Slovakia when she was six years old, making it to the Slovak Junior Nationals at age eight. When she was ten years old, she and her family moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she continued to swim competitively. She also participated in Junior Lifeguards and learned to play water polo. Moving to Naperville, a suburb of Chicago, she swam on the Varsity team all four years of high school, focusing on butterfly and sprint freestyle. She also played varsity water polo. After graduating high school and having to work full time, she did not want to stop swimming and began participating in triathlons. In mid 2016, she moved to Los Angeles and started working as a swimming instructor at the Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy. She is excited to be working around swimming and really enjoys helping kids and adults in the community become passionate about it as well. Being a Royal swim coach is one of the most awesome ways she can pass on her knowledge of swimming and motivate young swimmers to reach their goals.
