Age Group Workout Schedule

Swimmers are placed into workout groups based on their skill-level

 

A-Group: M-F 5:00-6:30 PM

B1-Group: M-F 5:00-6:30 PM

B-Group: M-F 5:00-6:15 PM

C1-Group: M-Th 5:30-6:30 PM

C-Group: Tu&Th 5:00-5:45 PM
