SENIOR GROUP(8 PRACTICES PER WEEK)

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN FRIDAY NIGHT PRACTICE TIME WITH NO DRYLAND

WE WILL BE STARTING WITH ONE HOUR WATER PRACTICES (WE WILL STILL HAVE 30 MIN. OF DRYLAND ALWAYS) THE FIRST WEEK AND WE’LL ADD AN ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES EACH WEEK UNTIL WE GET TO FULL 2 HOUR WATER PRACTICES ON WEEK # 5

M-TH    6:00-6:30 PM (DRYLAND)         6:30-8:30 PM (POOL)

FRI         6:00-8:00 PM (POOL)

SAT        8:00-10:00 AM (POOL)

TUE & THU         5:30-7:00 AM (POOL)

 

SENIOR PREP GROUP (6 PRACTICES PER WEEK)

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN FRIDAY NIGHT PRACTICE TIME WITH NO DRYLAND. THIS IS TO AFFORD MORE LANE SPACE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL GROUP AND TO GIVE THE SENIOR AND SENIOR PREP GROUP A CHANCE TO FINISH UP EARLIER.

JR RACER GROUPS  # 1 AND # 2  (3 PRACTICES PER WEEK)

ONCE WE GET INTO THE SEASON SOME ADVANCED JR RACER SWIMMERS WITH GOOD ATTENDANCE WILL BE INVITED TO PRACTICE WITH THE AGE GROUP 1 GROUP ON FRIDAYS INSTEAD OF SHOWING UP TO THEIR REGULAR FRIDAY JR RACER GROUP PRACTICE. (PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU’VE BEEN INVITED TO PRACTICE WITH THE AGE GROUP 1 GROUP THAT THE AGE GROUP 1 PRACTICE TIMES ON FRIDAYS ARE 5:00-6:00 PM AND NOT 4:00-5:00 PM).

SWIMMERS STAY IN THEIR REGULAR GROUPS THAT THEY’VE BEEN PLACED.  EITHER M-W-F  OR          T-TH-F.    IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE PLEASE CONTACT JK AND LET HIM KNOW.

JR RACERS ARE TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE TWO FOLLOWING SCHEDULES AND STICK TO IT. IF YOU HAVE TO CHANGE PLEASE INFORM JK SO HE CAN KEEP ACCURATE ATTENDANCE FOR YOUR SWIMMER.
