ON LINE REGISTRATION STEPS

The sequence of registering is a bit different for our returning members and our new members.  Please scroll down to the appropriate instructions:

NEW MEMBERS

1. Go to our website: www.BarracudaSwimClub.org

2. Click on the "Online Registration" button located on the right hand side of the home page.

            NOTE: You first register the family, then add each swimmer.

3. There is information that will be presented detailing Payment Options. Read through it to determine the plan that is right for you.

4. At the bottom of the page, click on the "Register Now" button.

5. Note that accounts are keyed to an email address. The next screen will give you 2 options to determine if we already have your email account in the system.
            For new families, highlight the "I am a new user or I am not sure if I already have an account. This is the email I want to use" and the system will take you through setting up your account.  If you get a message that there may be an existing account for you (this may occur with common names), you may choose to investigate or continue.

You have now set up your family account. Now it is time to add the swimmer(s).

6. Click the "Add new member" button to input the information for each swimmer. You will need to add each child separately.

            The "Add to this Group" field is via a selection window. Highlight the training group for the swimmer and click the selection button at the bottom of the window. (You may need to scroll down to the bottom of the window box to find the button).

            Click the "Add" button to add your swimmer.

            Repeat for each swimmer as necessary.

6. Read and agree to the Waivers and Agreements. Click the "Continue" button.

7. Review and confirm the registration fees and proceed to check out.

8. Review the billing details and click the "Submit Order" button.

Special Note for Multi-Child and Scholarship Families: In the registration process, indicate the training group and location in which your child is swimming.  Choose pay by check option.  We will manually calculate what you owe and inform you of the amount.

Once you submit your order, it will be reviewed by a team administrator and you will be sent a password:

9. They will make sure everything looks correct and complete, then send you an email to the address you specified in step # 5, above.

10. Open the email and click on the link.

11. Make up a password for your account and type it in the first and second box (effectively erasing the original dots in the first box).  Please remember this password.

12. Log into the Barracuda website.

Now it is time to fill in the information on each swimmer and his/her information for the USA Swimming membership:

13. Be sure you are logged in, then on the left-hand side click on "My Account"

14. A screen will drop down and there will be another "My Account" tab below - Click it

15. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the swimmer's name.  This will bring you to the "Member/Athlete Profile" page. (This is also the page where you can update information, such as a child's shirt size)

16. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "USA REGISTRATION" tab.  Fill out all pertinent information.

17. Be sure to click the "SAVE CHANGES" button!

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING FAMILY OR HAVE REGISTERED USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE AND HAVE A PASSWORD:

1. Log into your account

2. Click on the "Online Registration" button located on the right hand side of the home page.

            NOTE: You first register the family, then add each swimmer.

3. There is information that will be presented detailing Payment Options. Read through it to determine the plan that is right for you.

4. At the bottom of the page, click on the "Register Now" button.

5. Confirm you are logged in using the correct email account. Click the "Continue" button.

6. Confirm Billing, Guardian, and Medical information.  Make any necessary changes and/or additions. Click the "Continue" button.

7. For children currently on the team: Check the box next to the child's name and confirm all information is correct. Be sure to select the proper Payment Option and Practice Group.

    For new children from your family: Click the "Add new member" button to input the information for each swimmer. You will need to add each child separately.

    If a swimmer is not returning: simply do not check the box next to his/her name.

8. Read and agree to the Waivers and Agreements. Click the "Continue" button.

9. Review and confirm the registration fees and proceed to check out.

10. Review the billing details and click the "Submit Order" button.

USA Swimming registration:

16. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the swimmer's name.  This will bring you to the "Member/Athlete Profile" page. (This is also the page where you can update information, such as a child's shirt size)

17. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "USA REGISTRATION" tab.  For returning swimmers, just verify everything is correct and that you are RENEWING their registration; For NEW swimmers, fill out all pertinent information.

18. Be sure to click the "SAVE CHANGES" button!

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The club can accept credit card payments (transaction fees apply) or set you up for an automatic withdrawl of funds from your bank account (ACH).  If extenuating circumstances necessitate paying by check or cash, please inform our Administrative Coordinator or your Coach.

 

To set up an ACH fund transfer, fill out the Debit Authorization Form and send that in with a voided check.

            The form can be found under the "FOR PARENTS" tab at the top of the page, click on FORMS on the pull down menu. 

            You may make a check out for the initial registration fees and subsequent payments will be withdrawn automatically; Or you may elect to have the team receive even the initial registration fees via ACH.

If you are currently set up for ACH from last season, we will automatically debit your account for registration fees unless you otherwise inform Kathie. (k.battista@embarqmail.com)

If you do need to write a check, make it out to "Barracuda Swim Club" for the amount of your registration fees.
