Summer League Prep

This group is for swimmers who want to get a jump-start on swimming for the summer league season. Swimmers will be challenged with endurance training and will practice starts, turns and racing tips to create a smooth transition into the summer league season.
Group Requirement: swimmers in this group should have a basic understanding of the four competitive strokes and should be able to swim multiple 25s in a row.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:45 or 4:45 PM
A one-time payment of $200 will be processed at the time of registration for this 8-week program.
