Practice Schedule

WHITE GROUP- This group is for younger swimmers (mostly 6-9 years olds). 2 practices per week

           T/Th - 3:15-4:00

 

YELLOW GROUP – This group is for younger swimmers (mostly 7-10 yr. olds).  3 practices per week.            M/W/F – 3:15-4:30

 

BRONZE GROUP – This group is for young swimmers with a bit more experience

(typically ages 8-11).

  5 practices per week.     M/W/F – 3:15-4:30 and T/TH – 3:15-4:00.

 

SILVER GROUP – Swimmers in this group are expected to be able to handle daily 90 minute practices, as well as a 2 hour Saturday practice.  (Mostly 11-14 yr. olds)

            M/W/F – 4:30-6:00; T/TH – 4:00-5:30; SAT – 8:00-10:00

 

GOLD GROUP – This is for more experienced swimmers (12 or older).  Athletes will practice for 2 hours per day on 6 days each week. 

            M/T/W/TH/F – 5:30-7:30 and SAT – 8:00-10:00
