MTS Senior Program

Senior Varsity – The Senior Varsity Group is designed from swimmers age 13-18 who want to make year round swimming part of their lives, but aren’t yet ready for the demands or don’t want to make the commitment required of the Senior or Pre-Senior groups. The group is ideal for the competitive swimmer who also participates in other activities. The group will be focused on preparing the athletes to compete at the high school level as well as MTS meets as desired. Aerobic conditioning, technique, and speed work will be the primary areas of focus for the group.
There are no practice or meet requirements for this group. Goals are up to the swimmer, and workouts will reflect each swimmer’s desires for competitive success.
