PreComp and SwimFit Spring 2020

Each week this Spring we will be offering a Spring check in for athletes at each SwimFit level to learn a little more about the sport through stroke and skill break downs, as well as dryland exercises to help them through functional movements to build strength and mobility while we are away from the pool.
