Running Schedule


TNAQ Masters offers coached running workouts as a free service to any of our members as a part of the triathlon program.   This program is coached by Alan Horton, an elite local triathlete and marathon runner.  Alan creates a weekly running plan for each athlete, individually centered around what each person is hoping to achieve.  The group meets in the parking lot of Provision Health and Fitness every Thursday morning @ 5:30 am for a guided workout.
