Daily Training - 30 minutes, 3 practices per week, days TBA.
Goals - This is a novice group that will introduce all 4 strokes and prepare the swimmer for participation in swim meets and advancement on the swim team. Training will involve stroke work and fun.
Equipment - The equipment listed below needs to be purchased as soon as possible and must be brought to every practice. Check with the coaches for purchasing sources and what types may be best for your swimmer:
- Swim Suit
- Practice Cap
- Team Cap
- Kick Board
- Pull Buoy
- Water bottle (with name on it)
- Fins (optional, but requested)
