Daily Training - 90 minutes, 2-4 practices per week
Goals - This is an entry level group that will introduce all 4 strokes and prepare the swimmer for participation in swim meets and advancement on the swim team. Training will involve intervals, stroke drills and swimming preparation for the next group.
Equipment - The equipment listed below needs to be purchased as soon as possible and must be brought to every practice. Check with the coaches for purchasing sources and what types may be best for your swimmer:
- Swim Cap
- Water bottle (with name on it)
- Shoes, shorts and shirt for dry land training
