Daily Training - 120 minutes, up to 7 practices per week (it is highly recommended that swimmers participate in 3 or more practices per week) This is different than our high school special.
Goals - High School age swimmers who want to prepare for the high school swim season. Extensive work on starts, turns, stroke technique, conditioning and mental preparation.
Equipment - The equipment listed below needs to be purchased as soon as possible and must be brought to every practice. Check with the coaches for purchasing sources and what types may be best for your swimmer:
- Swim Suit
- Practice Cap
- Team Cap
- Kick Board
- Swimming snorkel (ask coach for type)
- Water bottle (with name on it)
- Pull Buoy
- Shoes, shorts and shirt for dry land training
- Tempo Trainer (Optional but recommended)
