Goals: This is our introductory training group for young athletes new to competitive swimming. Practice is a technique-focused approach, in which young athletes begin to program essential stroke motor skills for future success in the sport! Additionally, athletes will learn how to function within a workout environment (use of a pace clock, lane etiquette, etc).
Admittance Requirements: Swimmers must be able to side breathe for one length of freestyle, perform one length of backstroke, and must have some knowledge of breaststroke kick and butterfly.
Equipment: Items listed below must be purchased before the start of enrollment and must be brought to every practice.

- Water bottle
